Oh get over yourself. She’s one long trail of screwup with not a nanogram of sense. She certainly needs ‘educating’ and I hope she gets it. It’s called “Consequences”, and she needs to start having them and learning from them.

What did Chimera say that was offensive? You could disagree with the notion that her parents didn’t prepare her for life so now, as an adult, she has to learn responsibility quickly, but it’s hardly offensive.
Personally I’d have more sympathy for someone who fucked up as a young adult after a clearly fucked-up childhood, but I’d still expect them to be responsible for their own actions. Though for a charge like this I’d generally not be in favour of imprisonment or a long-term record anyway.
Fucked-up childhood in does not always equal fucked-up adult out. (And the same for good childhoods). People are more complicated than that.

No matter how screwed up she is, she’s still just, what everyone is at 20yrs of age - raw material! Who she becomes, depends largely on what she learns from, and how she deals with, what comes next in her life. Which are largely going to be, unpleasant consequences of her actions.
Yes, her parents made it especially hard for her, but whether or not she can come out the other side, is up to her, ultimately. But it doesn’t help for people to judge her as being ‘ruined’ or ‘doomed’ or a ‘trainwreck’.
One good relationship could entirely turn this person’s life around, help her find her way to a better place. Sheesh, she’s 20!
I for one never said any of those things, elbows. I simply said that it’s time she learned some lessons about the real world and consequences.
