Wii and/or PS3 games for young girls

I have both a Wii and a PS3. I also have two girls, 7 and 4. I’m looking for some good, easy, fun games for them to play. I have Disney Princess Enchanted Journey for the Wii as well as Tangled. Both girls seemed to have enjoyed the Princess game, Tangled not as much, but we’ve only had it for a few days.

My PS3 died yesterday, :mad:, so I bought a new one last night with Epic Mickey 2 and the PS Move. I have no idea how to use the Move yet. They’ve never played anything on the PS3 yet so I’m not sure how well they will do with it.

I don’t really know what to get and I don’t want to spend a lot of money trying out new games. I may take my old PS3 to Game Stop, it does work, but has been locking up a lot, and get something in exchange for it.

Flower, Journey, and Flow should all be just fine for that age range. All three are on the Journey: Collector’s Edition disc for about $30.

I highly recommend Kirby’s Epic Yarn for the Wii. I’m terrible at video games, but this one is easy, fun, and really cute.

I second this one. The 6 y.o. girl across the street has this and she and my 6 y.o. son play it a lot.
They also like Skylanders but it can get pricey buying the figures.

If you have a PS3 I strongly recommend Little Big Planet and Little Big Planet 2 for the 7-year-old. My little one cannot get enough of them. Epic Mickey 2 should be okay for the 7-year-old, mine plays it. She doesn’t seem to get very far in it but I’m not sure she cares.

Also a big Skylanders fan. Yeah, buying more Skylanders can be pricey but you can space that out. They make good little presents for special occasions.

Depends on your child, but my daughter who’s nearly 5 loves Pokemon Park. She really enjoys the dancing games as well, like Just Dance Kids, and the Just Dance Disney edition.
