Can you see flaws or discrepancies that would deem this a fake?
A total lack of eyewitnesses or news reports about the incident depicted in the video is one important discrepancy.
Debris bouncing straight up from the ground as the shock wave passes, instead of being blown outward in the direction of travel of the shock wave is another one.
Crappy CGI is a third.
It’s a video of some random bystanders screwing around, then one of them gets a bloody nose, there’s a dead bird, then a bunch of birds orbiting a phallic looking building, which suddenly sucks all the birds in and then explodes, tsunami like, (as phallic symbols tend to do) and supposedly this is all the fault of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program
which is a program studying the effects of ionosphere on radio frequency transmission, but mostly operates as a massive conspiracy theory generator. Also, somehow wikileaks is involved.
Must admit: Vahid Tarzan is a kickass user name.
ETA: the ominous soundtrack is pretty funny, actually. (Yeah, I said ETA.)
Let’s see, bad acting, a rubber chicken style fake dead bird prop that “falls from the sky”, and cheesy TV style low budget special effects including birds circling the tower that are scaled wrong so they look like they have wingspans somewhere in the neighborhood of about 35 feet or so, and explosions in the background where the fire and smoke rise unhindered through the air despite the supposed shock wave…
Yeah, I’m having trouble finding anything in that video that doesn’t scream fake. I guess the bridge and the cars going by are real.
I hope that was done in someone’s basement. If so, then they did a halfway decent job. If a professional CGI company put that out though they should just be very much embarrassed by it. That is seriously poor quality work by today’s standards.
This isn’t a real OP, is it? I mean, sure, there’s a tendency that I’ve noticed for people to scream FAKE! at everything and anything on the Internet, whether fake or not, but I can’t imagine any person with a working brain cell to really wonder about this one.
Maybe the record date of 2018? That might be one “flaw or discrepancy.”
Seriously, that’s the very first thing I saw. Then, yeah, the bad acting and the poor CGI and the ominous music.
Um, the date in the corner says 2018?
Oh sure, that’s obvious NOW. But someday, when this thread is reopened as a zombie thread in 2018, THEN people will wonder…
And don’t forget that HAARP is way the fuck up north in Alaska, and nowhere near any highway.
The suspect for me is the camera leaving the girl just before she gets a nose bleed. She appears to be hiding something. The bird, questionable, do we know the effect on animals from such a thing. The Tower depicts pulling up cars or magnetic things. The crowd, young college age. The 2018 date, curious.
Additionally, a magnet explosion wouldn’t travel down so much as remain in the field of intense gravity.
Oh yes, and there’s the giant green CGI explosion at the end. It’s not real, Vahid Tarzan. I’ve heard of credulous, but…
The green could actually be explained in relation to the effect on clouds by other, not so incredible videos.
Vahid, I am actually really interested in your thoughts on the video. What observed phenomenon in your own life leads you believe any of what is shown is true? What is your background and education?
Looks like some ad flack’s viral video for a thriller.
No, it couldn’t. You only see that kind of swirly green laser stuff in movies. It doesn’t look real at all. There might be real phenomena that are similar, but they’re not it. This is clearly just a YouTube video and probably an amateur movie trailer. No adult human should think it could possibly be real.
Hey, I just found this video of a major government attack against a civilian target. Why is the media covering this up?!
Dude. That looks 100% authentic.
I suddenly feel a disturbance in the Farce…
I have all the answers to this question, but if I post them I’m afraid AI will get me.
What does the OP mean when he says WikiLeaks banned this video? How would it get to WikiLeaks, and given that it is 100 percent obviously fake, why should WikiLeaks host it or disseminate it? ETA: OK, I see that’s the title on YouTube and I’m sure the people who shot it aren’t going to answer that question. Probably it’s just supposed to get more hits for them. I don’t know why the OP used the same title for his thread, but by now I’m wondering what the OP would do I said “gullible is written on the ceiling.”
