I still think that he was the guy who was known to bring beautiful women to entertain his wealthy clients, which is why nerds like Bill Gates thought he was such a swell guy, and why people like Melinda Gates were skeeved out from day one.
Not to say it was all sex, or that every contact he had used him like a pimp. Some may have just attended the cocktail parties.
But I’m just skeptical that any of it was strictly business.
I don’t get it… I mean, I see that they all have stupid mispeelings, but I don’t understand why, nor why the list is in the form of a low-resolution image.
Evidently you missed the background story when this started going around a few years ago. Which is fine, the internet is vast and we can’t be on top of every joke and meme.
From what I’ve read so far, it sounds like its a bit of a nothing burger. For the most part all of the prominent names have already come out in the initial coverage of the investigation, and this is just a dump of the documents that were the basis for them being named.
And at the very least from what has been quoted in the press, it seems as if for a number of these persons it literally is a matter of being mentioned in the course of the investigation, not necessarily of anything they did.
“the theoretical physicist’s name appears, misspelled, in a 2015 email Epstein sent proposing a reward be paid to anyone who could debunk a baseless claim about Hawking.”
Welcome. You might enjoy it around here. Take a look around; we cover a lot of topics in a day.
Your idea could be. Or he could have been clandestinely funded by the US or UK governments or clandestine elements within those governments. Having the ability to lean on a bigwig is valuable no matter who’s doing the leaning.
Far more likely it’s just what it looks like. While getting rich in the investment world he indulged his own vices, then decided to get into the business himself. Entrepreneurs are like that. They never buy a product without considering how they could profit by making or selling it themselves.
I do see that post is now missing. The post numbers now go from 90 to my 92 with no intervening 91.
It asserted that Epstein’s whole empire was probably (was maybe?) a honeypot funded by an unnamed hostile government eager to obtain blackmail material on the Great and Good of the US.
I decided to kill 'em with blandness. And now they’ve disappeared. So sad. IIRC their username was about 8 random digits and letters, so not a real promising moniker. If they were a bot, they were a polite and grammatical bot.
October surprise…close enough? (not sure where the best place for this is…feel free to move it)
Explosive new audio reveals that Donald Trump detailed how he really felt about his White House staff to Jeffrey Epstein, and Epstein touted old photos of Trump with half-naked women taken at the site of the pedophile’s rampant sexual abuse of young girls.
On author Michael Wolff’s Thursday episode of his podcast Fire and Fury, Wolff shared a recording of a conversation with Epstein from 2017, in which the convicted sex offender and alleged human trafficker recounted Trump’s true feelings about members of his administration, The Daily Beast reported.
But did he say that Epstien get slonged by the press and public opinion as well? Not that it would matter, his supporters are immune to any gargage this garbage man says anyway.
I didn’t detect anything in what was revealed that would sway anyone. “What a dick,” a Harris voter might react. “As usual, 5-D chess from the master,” from a MAGA.
After early voting has started is a little late for an October surprise. Especially since this is November. This won’t hurt Trump at all. He will just continue to say he was friendly with him long ago but stopped associating with him when he found out he was a bad guy.
