Saw a young, heavily pierced guy walking down the street today carrying a sign with those exact words.
I almost gave him a quarter, but then thought, nah.
What would you have done? What do you think about this? Have you ever seen anything like this yerself?
I would have ignored it.
There are so many “funny signs” around (eg. Why lie? I need money for booze and drugs) they aren’t really that funny anymore.
Relating to the above answer, I see and encounter people asking for money quite a bit. I only give when they’re doing something that takes some sort of effort (eg. playing a musica instrument).
I would think kicking yourself in the head would require some effort. I mean, I can’t do it.
Certainly would require more flexibility than I’ve got.
For a real challenge, try biting your own head off.

I’d pay a quarter to see that, just out of curiosity.
I’d also demand a refund if he used his hands.
Sure I did, but because he is a dwarf, I think his body proportions make it a little bit easier to pull this off. Most people who are flexible enough to touch their toes and go all the way down…their head does not touch their feet. I’d assume that flexing like that on the way up would be the same. I’d probably have coughed up the two bits to see him do it.
So would I. If a guy kicks himself in the head, I would think that’s worth $0.25.
I’d definitely have given him a quarter. And then another one. And another, and another, and another, and another… (repeat until broke) 
By the way, I’ve managed to kick myself in the face a few times at Kung Fu classes. I am not a dwarf.

I couldn’t kick myself in the head. I could knee myself in the head, but that’s not the same thing.
Yeah, I’d pay him. Just out of morbid curiosity.
I’d give him $20, but he’d have to do all of them before I paid him. But if he could do 50 in 5 minutes, I’d waive the other 30.
And I’d videotape it.

On Friday, a late-teens guy that looked high said to me, “I’ll knock down that wall for a dollar.” I replied, “Uhh…that’s OK. I think I’ll pass” He says, “I’ll do it, man.” I walk away. That’s almost as weird.
My other good story of people offering weird stuff for money involves a homeless guy who bet me and two of my friends $100 that we couldn’t kick his ass. It’s a longer story than I want to type right now, but it was very odd.
