No. Free speech has limits. Unfortunately, posting absolute bullshit on X is not one of those limits (well, unless it pisses off Elon).
In certain instances, it is illegal to yell fire in a crowded theater but whipping idiots who are to stupid to think for themselves up into a big enough frenzy to march on the capitol that results in deaths, isn’t. Go figure.
In my opinion, part of the problem with free speech is that it allows (almost) unregulated lying in public forums. It should be fine to say, “Democracy is bad, vote for me and I’ll institute Socialism”. It should not be OK to say, “Don’t vote for Biden - he’s a Socialist”.

There should be a way to stop people like Steve Bannon and Mike Flynn from recruiting people into their awful cult like groups. Mike Flynn is planning dangerous things and I’m worried about it. It really irritates me that he’s being paid $200K a year from this country and then feels free to go out and talk about this country in the way that he does.
