Winter's almost over and hopefully this week will be the last frost.

Apart from last Tuesday. In the west end. That cancelled my golf game.

Sunny and mid-70s here. Nights are going down to mid-40s. I’m looking at several very leggy tomato plants just begging for the nights to get up to 50. It is hard to wait.

But my hydrangeas are looking pretty happy, and a new honeysuckle is growing in leaps and bounds.

This morning it’s 30F with a hard frost on everything. I still have to wait until after Tuesday morning before the low is supposed to be around 40F. I’m predicting another cold summer in Wisconsin where a lot of stuff doesn’t grow right because we don’t get hot enough weather.

I tried to only wear my winter coat into Walmart once. They called the police.

Meh, I know the first frost for me is just around the corner.

It was 32F this morning with frost. I hope to plant the pots this afternoon as the lows are to be above 40F starting tonight. I have to uncover the just sprouted squash and pumpkin plants now. this has been a weird year. the apple trees flowered for only 4 days. My peony patch will have only 3 flowers and the plants stopped growing at half their normal size.

About 70 F here this morning, with an expected high of 88 F. Don’t know what the humidity will be like. Let me know if you’ll like to trade.
