Hey; I don’t think this is a GQ…I hope not.
So has anyone here heard of the band, “Wolsheim”? I think they’re a German band. They have this song called Once in a Lifetime that plays on my local station. It doesn’t seem very well known but its VERY good. I want to buy one of their CDs from amazon.com but most of their stuff is $20 (?!) imports. Am I delusional or do any other dopers listen to them?
Hey Hey…a fellow synth-pop admirer. Wolfsheim is fantastic…i’d highly recomend Spectator…even if it is 20$, amazing cd. Once In a Life time is on it…along with another great tune, Heroin, She said. If you like these guys, then check out Beborn Beton, melotron, devision, mesh…and a slew of others.

Well…VnV goes without sayin…but they’re a bit “harsher” then Wolfshiem…especially their 1st two cds.
Cool. What the hell, I think i’ll shell out the money and buy it if they’re that good. I need some newer bands to listen to anyway…
