I accidently deleted my ‘filename and path’ autotext entry. How do I put it back in?

Insert->Autotext->Autotext and find it.
That’s just the problem; I deleted the filename and path autotext option (stupidly) so it ain’t there anymore.
What I need is either:
a) How to find that deleted autotext option; or
b) How to create a new one.
I tried making a new one by typing in '{FILENAME \p}, but autotext just types the phrase '{FILENAME \p} instead of producing the filename and path.
Any other suggestions?
