Okay, in light of the Denver Dopers gathering two weeks ago (poor Athena) and Veb’s experience this last weekend in Chicago, the name of the group will be The Adam’s Reunion I don’t want to see anyone get screwed because of some dingleberries. If it sounds more family like, people may pay more attention.

I’ll be there! My boss gave me the days off to do this, even though she’s a little doubtful about the board. (The “Funny things said during love making/intimate moments…” thread just had to be at the top when I showed her MPSIMS!)

M/F would be OK, smoker is fine unless I quit again before then, non-smoker is OK too (I prefer to smoke outside), should probably tolerate snoring since I’ve been accused of that.

I’m only making shirts for a get together that I attend. I said way back the first time it was brought up that I would absolutely NOT go to Vegas, especially in the summer. It is one of the most miserable locations known to man, and it’s extremely expensive besides. At least it was 3 years ago when I went. I just about starved to death because I couldn’t afford the damn food!
What happened in Denver and Chicago? Can someone link me to some threads?
Aww, man… I’d love to go, I really would (I’ve never been to a 'Doper’s convention), but I’m young, poor, and… well… shy… and socially awkward… so, chances are, I won’t be there.
But I still want all you guys to have fun! Take pictures! And when y’all get back, put up a website, so’s I (and others that can’t go) can see your pretty faces and enjoy the event after-the-fact! After all, we antisocial people need SOME way to pretend to have a life, right?
Time to bump this up again.
Techchick’s working really hard to make this happen and to make sure everyone has fun. She’s even researched things to do if you don’t gamble (or can’t afford to gamble the whole time).

Sorry you can’t come Opal…as I have stated, there are ways to save money in Vegas (I know the preference is to not eat fast foods, but you can do that and diners are cheap and can be paletable (sp))
