Pretty cringeworthy indeed. But, she might just be taking an extension of some practices in China, if that’s where she’s from. it’s common in China for parents to go to so-called marriage marketplaces to show photos of their adult offspring and a “resume” of their offspring’s attributes to other parents, and do matchmaking, without the offspring being involved. Either that or maybe her son is crippled by social anxiety. Still bad though.
