Would anyone care to translate a letter into French for me?

As some of you may remember, I went to France four years ago and stayed with a family in Marseille. I had a nice time, but I didn’t really get in touch with my host family after that. I looked them up online tonight and found their address, and I’d like to send them a letter. The trouble is, my French is pretty rusty and I don’t trust myself (or Babelfish) to write a letter they’d understand. Would anyone be willing to translate a short note for me? It wouldn’t be very long - just an update and a “how are you?” - and I would be forever grateful.

Here’s a general “thanks for letting me stay with you. I remember the time fondly” letter. Just cut and paste it and send it to them.
