I think the chocolate is implied in the definition of M&Ms. However, fish M&Ms sound disgusting.
I’d definitely buy raisin M&Ms. I already love Raisinets, so why the hell not? Sounds yummy.

That’s not fair. My “pork variety” suggestion also had ham and pepperoni M&M’s in it.
I also vote no. I haven’t tried pretzel M&Ms yet. I want something hard in the middle. I’d love to see Cashew M&Ms!!
That’s what she said.
No, Raisins are evil.
I voted no but would certainly try it. There are a lot of things I didn’t think would work that turned out delicious. Oooh, I think I’ll start a thread,
<Marv Albert>YES!</ma>
Yes, I remember. I had the lasagna.
I’d probably prefer dried cranberry m&ms over raisin.
Bazinga!
I would try them!
And pretzel M&M’s are wonderful.
hmmm, they tasted nothing like pretzel to me. They were more like cracker m&ms.
Eeeew. Blech.
They said they receive thousands of ideas every year – they’d have people sending in “ideas” just to get free M&Ms.
god, no. raisins ruin everything they touch.
I like raisins in cookies, but not in candy.
I assumed the idea of “raisin M&Ms” meant a raisin, covered in chocolate, with a hard candy shell. I love Raisinettes so I would certainly try them and probably like them. And raisin is a fruit! I could pretend they’re healthy!
don’t get above your raisins
I’d try them, but not sure I’d like them. It’d combine a crunchy texture, creamy texture, and chewy texture (sometimes with stems or seeds!) into one product, which is a bit much. I was really disappointed with the candy-coated Twizzler pieces that were out a few years ago specifically because of the odd clash between the crunchy shell and chewy interior, and think I’d have the same problem with raisin M&Ms. Varietal additives need to have a crunchy or creamy texture to work in M&Ms, IMO. Taste-wise, they’d be no big deal, as the candy shell really doesn’t add much to the taste of any current M&M, and I know I like chocolate and raisin.
I’m really surprised that Masterfoods hasn’t tried more nut varieties for M&Ms. Hazelnut pieces would be divine (or maybe they could license Nutella!), cashews are great in chocolate, etc.
I would exist just to eat them. They’d be my Raisin d’etre.
Chocolate plus raisins is just a waste of chocolate. They’d basically be Raisinets with a candy coating, which would be gross.
No, I wouldn’t buy them.
