Clothes aren’t so important that I need an infinite supply at any point. With the sonic screwdriver, I can get easily get clothes from stores anyways.
(By paying for them as I sell out my services of instantly picking locks or fixing their computers and such. I’m not gonna steal…)

Screwdriver for me, the opportunities for profit and/or mischief are so much greater with that.
I don’t do dry cleaning but given how much time I spent flying about, that a lot of my wardrobe is due to needing many different types of clothing as the needs change from project to project, and that I hate clothes-shopping, handthatbeltoverNOW.

You get the screwdriver, I get the wardrobe, and we both let each other borrow occasionally. The official owner of each item gets dibs on it.
The belt doesn’t stay looking like it originally did, you just need to get an outfit that doesn’t happen to include one. Or boots, high heels, metal bits…

As per Skald, the belt is indestructible, which could be useful; if I’m reading you right, and it can become any one of a number of indestructible items…
Unlimited wardrobe. I’ll save a MINT not buying new clothing/shoes/jewelry. And I’ll save my sanity not having to ever bra-shop again (I assume the belt provides foundation garments and accessories, yes?)
Also, it would be worth it to not have to pull on and align tights ever again.

Are people really considering the possibilities offered by the screwdriver? Because “free clothes saves me money” becomes kind of superfluouswhen you can pick any lock and fuck with any electronic security system…never mind just plain** get cash from ATM**s.
Does the screwdriver actually fix the problems it finds, or does it only find the problems?
As I wrote upthread, it can fix many but not all problems. I suspect the higher the technology involved, the more effective it will be. If the touchscreen on your smartphone won’t work because of a software or circuitry issue, you can fix it with the sonic. If the problem is that the screen has been shattered, the sonic is the wrong tool.
Wait … couldn’t I use the Wardrobe to make the Sonic RayBans? If yes, then I’m changing my selection.
