Even the stories that don’t say it’s a fake are pretty thin on details. For example:
Lots of weasel words in all of that: “allegedly,” “alleged,” “apparently,” “was claimed.”
No-one has seen the text of the alleged law. No-one seems to have any actual sources. No-one can identify the actual politicians who are supporting this bill.
Let me know if it is real, so I can drop the obligatory “yeah, because necrophilia never happens in Western countries” thread-bomb.

Wife dies. Man may have sex with her at any time between TOD and TOD + 6 hrs. After time expires, man may never have sex with deceased again.

Wife dies. Man may carry on a normal sex life with deceased but mustn’t have intercourse for longer than 6 hrs.
