Apparently, Twitler is pissed that people dared to protest in DC, and now he’s hinting that his supporters will come out and counter protest tonight?
I dunno. And by putting all the questions marks at the end of his tweet, trump is pretending he doesn’t know either.

I’ll take a guess. Today in America, when the cops kill an innocent American, people protest. But according to Trump, America is no longer great. It used to be that when the cops killed citizens, no one cared as long as the dead guy was black. Righties call that time “back when America was great”. So the people who support that time would counter-protest those who protest the cops’ killing of an innocent black man, in other words, protest in support of cops killing black men.
Twitter is notorious for hosting bullshit, however. I mean, look at the shit Trump posts there regularly. Twitter is hardly a credible organization.
And yet a thundering herd of people still want Oprah to run for president.
Biden is far from ideal but at least he can read from a teleprompter and sound presidential, he’s smart enough to not just tweet out every passing thought on social media, he only makes verbal gaffs or mild exaggerations on a weekly basis instead of a serial burst of malapropisms and flagrant lies every few hours, and most importantly he will populate his administration with experienced professional adults who are not religious extremists or right wing conspiranoists and who can advise and counsel him on effective governance instead of just being “Yes men” who spend their time trying to explain away erratic and nonsensical pronouncements while pursuing destructive and self-serving agendas of their own.

Personally, I don’t think so.
I think Trump and his band of happy sycophant enablers have damaged the USA beyond the point of redemption. As has been said here before - Trump is merely the symptom of a broken, failed state on many levels.
Also, everything Trump touches turns to shit. It’s the reverse midas touch. Once he’s bankrupted a casino, or turned a charity into a scam, or thrown a longtime ally and personal lawyer under the bus, there really is no going back.
That Trump and his band of happy sycophants can approach the halls of power at all shows there was significant damage already. And it’s not just Trump, either. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis are dead and lots of the surviving ones had their lives seriously changed because the right took advantage of all the weeping over the World Trade Center attack in order to steal Iraq’s oil. Meanwhile, what passes for the opposition are willing to go along with them so people don’t cry about how much they hate America. Going back to the pre-Trump status quo won’t cut it. Republicans need to be relegated to the dustbin of history before the US can redeem itself.

I’ll disagree with a few of my esteemed fellow Dopers and say “yes.” Because of our size and strength, the president of this country has inherent global advantages. Many around the world would appreciate a modern and progressive US democracy with an empathetic and intelligent person at its head. More than anyone else we have the potential for great global leadership. But we’ve just been stepping on our own dicks for the past four years, possibly because our electorate isn’t up to meeting our ideals.
If you can manage to eliminate the bat-shit crazy Republican party in toto, and replace it with a right of center conservative party that is normal… Maybe.
But I just don’t see that happening anytime soon.
I don’t know what MAGA Night is, but all I can think about is this.
