No, but given that there’s no connection to Alcatraz at all with the show, I think saying it’s a riff on that just cuz it kinda sounds similar may be a stretch. (Anyway, it would be “SpacecatRaz,” not “SpacecRataz”)
P.S. I realize that this is a show about giant talking fast food items living in New Jersey, and that trying to pick things apart logically should cause great pain. Further, I also realize, based on their bumpers, that spelling, grammar, and syntax are not the Adult Swim guys’ strong points. Rest assured, this question does not keep me up at night.

Well, the two guys act like juvenile delienquents (prank calling, petty theft, etc.) and we’ve not seen any others like them. I think that there was a clue on that episode where they gathered all of the villians from the show on the Moon and were hatching a plot, but it’s been so long since I’ve seen it, I don’t remember anything other than that.
