I mean…have you heard his new CD … well it’s not that new but still “The Naked Ride Home” just is blech.
I have listened to it over and over…not all at the same time mind you 
but I can’t seem to get into it.
He’s had his share of “eh” albums but eventually I dont’ mind them so much. This one…I just don’t know.
Good thing he’s still cute…

Frankly, I think Jackson Browne started taking himself a little too seriously back in the 80s and hasn’t recovered.

Actually, I think he tried to be too “modern” (for lack of a better word, sorry, been out on the boat for a few hours) and it kind of made his “sound” yuck.
He does have some redeeming qualities on the new stuff but not this last one.
I agree with MrSarcasticus. I lost all respect for the guy when all that stuff came out about him battering Darryl Hannah. I despise men who batter women. I won’t even listen to him if he comes on the radio. I change the station.
