Is there a limit to how much space Yahoo allots each user for photo album space? Is this a free service, like the free email? (I imagine it is not.) What’s the skinny?

How is it possible that I can link to a friend’s Yahoo photo albums from that friend’s website, and yet going directly there from a saved link gives me a Yahoo error message early this morning “albums are not available”? Has anyone ever experienced this? - Jinx
More correctly, the key term is “inaccessible”. Could it be undergoing an update while somehow still the older version can still be found, indirectly? - Jinx
A couple of possibilities come to mind. The page from the link could be loading from your browser cache. Or it could be as you guessed and they are moving stuff about and so have disabled the link from their pages but your older links still works because that particular server has either finished the update or hasn’t been updated yet.
The Yahoo photo album has a choice for the owner of the album. You can either make the album publicly accessible or not.
It seems to me I pay $2/mo for the Yahoo album.
