Yes, I know that not everyone hates us. But damn, if that’s not just the most empiristic (is that a word?) thing I ever did see. Why not a picture of GWB planting an American flag on top of the world, ala Iwo Jima, or on the moon, or the stereotypical New World explorer. I claim the rest of the world for the US!! WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!
Just from a design/art point of view that is a big load of fecal matter,
Artist?, say what? canvas my arse, a world map filled with the American flag, big deal; if only being an artist was so easy. Give me a break.
I won´t even touch the other issues.
The first thing I thought when I saw that… well, I’m not going to talk about it seeing as it would get the Godwin’s Law Spotters on me faster than a speeding stormtrooper.
The second thing was “Superimposing a flag onto a map can have taken, what, 2 minutes? Then another 2 minutes to put an ‘anti-’ symbol over it and negative it… And you want to charge $25 for a t-shirt that took you less time to make than it does to shave in the morning?”
Even Mondrian put more thought into his work than that. Christ, for that matter so does Damien Hirst!
I don’t hate America, I love America. I just hate idiots.
I don’t think most of the world knows about that website…so I doubt that’s a real reason the rest of the world hates us.
Looks to me like they’re trying to play to both sides, and not very well.
- although, admittedly, not very talented irony. But a t-shirt stating “America Uber Alles” can’t possibly be considered pro-US, now can it ?
Well, as an Australian, I feel it’s only fair that we Aussies have been painting the same sort of world domination maps for decades. Only our flag in the background is just a photo of beer and barbeques. Not quite the same impact you see…
Well I thought it was pretty fun – for about 12 seconds. Of course I still hate you bastards.

It looks rather like it is printed on a green suppository.
Which would be appropriate.
Will do!
But seriously, these T-shirts are surely too stupid to enrage anyone - Force of Freedom? If there was ever a time to  …
I think you’re being wooshed ubermensch. Did you not see the pink and orange flag with the ‘not’ symbol on it?
Yeah – I’m pretty sure it’s a satire. Pretty funny, if you ask me.

He must be hedging his bets. I found it from an ad on http://www.kimmershow.com/index.html which I found from a link on Snopes about the big cat. The guy’s show professes “Get your daily dose of un-apologetic, America-loving, wussy-liberal-blasting, hard-news and ever-so-slightly-biased commentary here!”
