Yo MADS! Vulture my stuff!

You know I’m moving soon…

And there’s some stuff I don’t want to move…

Who’s interested in my stuff?

Name some piece you’ve seen and are willing to pick up and take away yourself. If I agree…it’s yours!

Well I can’t say I haven’t had my eye on that tire swing…

Well, that Baby Kate is pretty cute. I’ll take her.

Only if you take the dogs, too.

I’ll take Albert Garcia. I’ll pay for the plane ticket, even.

Lady Chance!!

On a serious note, I’d be interested in any bookcases you don’t want to move.

Would that slotted stereo stand count?

I’ll take the black couch you said I could have if you don’t want to move it. I’ve only been sitting on a futon for over a year and a half. I think we should just have a rading party and take what we want! I could use the shed out back, I should be able to put it in my back yard.

That’s the second time you’ve mentioned a black couch. I don’t HAVE a black couch.

You could have the old white and blue one that’s in the storage house if you can haul it away. Otherwise it’s going to the landfill.

Nice book collection you have there, JC. It would be a pity if something were to happen to it.

I’m a bit too far away to casually run down there and join in the pillaging. But I do have an idea. If there’s anything you really don’t want to take with you, maybe the person buying your house would accept it. It’s a negotiating point.

Oh…

The hammock and the grill are up for grabs…

Well, I’ll take the hammock.

Tell us what other stuff you have. What furniture? When would we need to pick it up by?

Let’s see…Dave already claimed the hammock.

So there’s the old beat up couch in the guest house.

The propane grill.

Baby Kate’s drawing board (with both blackboard and dry erase board).

A stereo stand.

A 300 CD rack.

An old 2-drawer filing cabinet.

An almost new breadmaker.

My stereo and speakers were going in there but my friend Everett jumped on those like a starving wolf.

Everything has to be out by the first week of February.

How’s that sound?

I would very much like the Mercedes. Or the kitchen table, but it would appear that’s not up for grabs.

Sadly, no. We had that made by hand several years ago.

Lady Chance treasures it mightily.

I might be interested in this. Can you give a little more detail?

I’m sure you’ve seen it. It sits on the stereo stand next to the stereo.

It’s 4 or 5 racks high and maybe 2.5-3 feet wide. Wood frame with dowels.

Yeah, I know the one you’re talking about. I have to think about it, but I’m interested.
