You have settled on two colors, light blue and red, for two kinds of candy, milk and dark chocolate.
Which way do you go?
The chocolate I buy for truffle making is already coded black for dark and blue for milk. They also use other colors for almond milk chocolate and white for white.
Red for dark. It just seems right, but for the life of me, I have no idea why.

I thought sure it was gonna go the other way. I guess I’m just the odd one, not an unfamiliar state of affairs…
