Story here. For years some have questioned the money the U.S. government spends on its anti-Castro propaganda outlets Radio Marti and TV Marti, considering that the Cuban government jams the broadcasts. But now they’ve found a way to justify the expense: Broadcast in South Florida! Even though broadcasting government propaganda inside the U.S. is technically illegal . . . but they found a loophole . . .
Isn’t it illegal for the gummint to completely subsidize one channel broadcasting anti-Castro propaganda when all the other channels broadcasting anti-Castro propaganda in Miami need to find sponsors? Just seems un-American. Even communistic.
