Sarah Palin anecdote - an old high school friend of mine is involved in television production and he worked on her previous show (she had some kind of reality show a few years back), so he spent a lot of time at her house working with her and observing how she acts. My friend is VERY conservative. He really wanted to like her. He told me it was incredibly disappointing to find out how she really behaves, he just could not stand her after that.
