I read through the ATMB thread and I have to say I take living_in_hell’s apology at face value regarding the Quasi incident. I really don’t think she realized what she was doing.
LIH does not remind me of CP, unless I missed something, the posting style is very different from CP. The ups and downs of a soap opera is missing, plus LIH has no STDs, epilepsy, anxiety disorders, need for a root canal, depression, financial problems, ectopic pregnancies, “jerk face” agoraphobic and big time gambling boyfriend, child without own bed, wealthy but criminal Dad, life with scenes from Stand and Deliver and Dangerous Minds, klonopin and alcohol, photo of about to be aborted fetus to cry over, past suicide attempt,etc.
Oh, I forgot about half of that! It was a wild time here, trying to keep up with CP’s contradictory crises in different threads. Thanks for the shot of nostalgia.

Interestingly, I just saw Farmer Jane posting today. We shouldn’t have said her name three times.
Eh, I don’t think I’d go that far.
Sure she comes off as being everywhere at once and she doesn’t really get the tone of the board, but I think I remember her posting that she just moved and was really lonely.
To me she’s like a pain kid sister who has the potential to grow up and turn into someone you just might like. She stumbled out of the blocks but I personally wouldn’t write her off just yet.
