Techchick - it’s meant to be a compliment, no other hidden meaning. What I meant was - if I was beautiful like you, then with my eyes, bone structure of face, hair, etc. I might resemble your picture the most. The cosmetic surgery referred to would be to fix the damage I suffered from my car accident.
