Well the rules say a poster must be 13. I’m sure a few have snuck in before that, tho.
IIRC, there were a few 12 year olds when we called AOL home. This was due to a glitch in their software.
The youngest posting age allowed is 13, so there won’t be anyone below that age (that they’ll admit). Some of our notirously young-but-supersmart dopers are getting all growed up now. Jester is nolonger our favourite minor, having gotten all mature and gone to college, and Mercutio, also 16, hasn’t been around for a while due to computer problems. I’m sure there are quite a few 15/16/17 year olds around though.
I think at 23 I’m too old to be considered young any more. sigh

I held my daughter up to the key board, and she banged on the keys and then I hit submit. She was about 6 months old at the time, iirc.

Yes, this has been done before, a couple times, in fact. and I’m far from the youngest, I’m 17.
I think the winner was 14 last time this contest was held. Just for the record, I’m 16 though I’m probably not as sweet as a_Gherkin.
I think I was one of the younger ones the last time we did this, which was awhile ago. I know I was close, but not the youngest doper. I’m seventeen now, but I’ve never been sweet.

I think I win. 14. But go back to assuming I’m 20+ or something. I’ve come to realize its somewhat hard for a 35yr old (for instance) to take someone almost half their age seriously. I’ve had some bad experience in the past as you may be able to tell. Damn NRA, thinking I’m to young to host a meeting grumble grumble .
