This is the shop where I got mine done, and Ardred got his (he’s got two big ones on his back and a small one on his shoulder. Carlos (not my artist but an amazing one, nonetheless) does some fantastic color work.
I don’t have any online pics of mine, but it’s a stick figure camera operator, about an inch and a half tall on the inside of my left ankle.
I want This as a back piece but I can’t afford it and I haven’t wanted it long enough to think I want it forever.
I don’t have any pics to post, but I have one tattoo. It’s a blue scorpion, with a red rose in one claw. On my right shoulder. It’s very cool, I think. I had the artist combine two designs that were in the shop, and scale them down very small. It’s only about 3 inches across.
I’ve always wanted a tattoo, and I finally gave myself a Christmas present last year, at age 45.
I might get another one someday, but dang, they smart a might bit.
I just have two studs in each earlobe and a hoop in my cartilage. Here is an extremely boring picture of my boring ear. The brown stuff is iodine; this picture was taken right after I got it done (that was last Valentine’s day).
I’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo. I’d want one on my foot, since I used to dance and run (I still run occasionally, although not nearly as much as I used to). I’d want it on the top of my foot, but unfortunately that’s like the boniest place ever so it would hurt. I’d want a Celtic knot of some sort, since I used to take Irish dance lessons. It probably won’t ever happen, though.
I just wanna say I think your ink is awesome. Sleeves are the_h0tness.
Now that that is out of the way.
I’ve just recently had more work done. I now have a new Alice to go with my old Alice. Eventually I plan on getting old Alice touched up to look more like new Alice and then I want to get more Alice images done until I have a collage across my back.
I also got this little guy from The Little Prince.
As you may have noticed, I’ve got a bit of a thing for Children’s Lit.
OMG fizzlestothetop, that first Alice tattoo is absolutely fantastic! I’m amazed at the detail. Big kudos to the artist who did that. The caterpillar one is awesome too!
Thanks. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I plan on going back to the same artist for the rest of my Alices and to let him touch up the caterpillar to hopefully give it more detail like Alice and the Chesire Cat.
