I have 13 tattoos, which you would never know by looking at me. I could wear a short and a t-shirt and you would see nothing.
I got my first one when I was a teenager, a stupid gang tattoo. I got it covered up shortly after boot camp. Being in the Marines, it is the norm to have a tattoo or two, and they become pretty addictive once you start.
I have a “tramp stamp” but contrary to popular belief, it’s not for other people to see (though I will show it if you ask, but only if you ask nice). I got it because I wanted a tattoo, it has meaning to me but due to my weight I wanted to get it somewhere that the skin wouldn’t shrink/stretch too much if my weight fluctuated, but where it would be able to be covered up easily for job interviews and such. The small of my back was the best choice for that at the time.
I loved getting the tattoo, the sensation was awesome.
I’ve also got three ear piercings (had four, but one of the three in my right ear has closed because I lost the sleeper). I was considering a tongue, nose or lip piercing but hubby really doesn’t like them so I didn’t bother.
When I was very young, and in the Navy, I wanted the Seabee emblem on my upper arm. I never could find a pattern that looked realistic, so I never got one. Only marks on my body are scars.

I also have a “tramp stamp”, for similar reasons - if I get tired of it, the older I get, the less I’ll be able to see it. I got it my junior year of college and I still like it. I also have my navel pierced, and a helix and a rook as well as a second set of lobe piercings, which I got in college and grad school. I sometimes consider getting something else on the other ear, but then I think, it’s kinda nice to have one ear I can be assured I can sleep on. (I used to have a helix in that ear, too, but I had problems with it and had to remove it.) My boyfriend hates the piercings, he thinks they’re gross.
I have two tattoos and three ear piercings. I quite fancy another tattoo. Would go for another piercing but not on anything visible. You’d never know either. I look square as shit, especially in my suit.
Zsofia, what you have is properly known as “arse antlers”.
Two holes in each earlobe, and I had my bellybutton pierced but it got infected and stayed infected so I let it close up. I have 4 tattoos - a pink flamingo on my right ankle (outside), “shaman’s tears” on the inside of my right ankle, a dolphin on my left breast and a ankle to hip legpiece of a waterfall with flowers and stuff on my left leg. I was getting addicted to tattoos and decided the legpiece was the way to go - I can add flowers or insects or fairies to it and keep getting it recolored without looking like a comic book from too many tattoos. And all my tattoos cover nicely for occasions when that is necessary.
BTW, don’t go as far as this lady (Two-click rule here but if you click the first link in that thread please note that this is NSFW!!! Though if you live in Denver and fancy meeting up, you might want to say “hi”: her email is on that page) who has some… emotional problems, I am guessing.
I have my belly button pierced, as well as the cartilage in my left ear. I had my nose pierced, but they screwed up and used too small of a stud, so it caused problems and I had to have it taken out. I’m considering getting it repierced by a different place, though.
I have my belly button pierced - me and a girlfriend went years ago and got them done - she let hers grow in, I’ve bought an absurd assortment of different jewelry. Go figure.
I really want to get a Monroe because I think they look really pretty, but being a single girl lookin’ for love, I’d hate to eliminate a large segment of my dating pool because of a silly facial piercing. So, for now, no can do.
I’m a slow starter. I first got my ears pierced at 25, then got a second set the next year. I have one tattoo so far, which I got at 43. It’s my wedding ring as a bracelet on my left wrist, the mate of one my husband got at the same time. I’m thinking of getting a second one, but at this rate it will probably be my Medicare number when I’m sixty-five.
I’ve got my ears double pierced in each lobe, a 10g for both, and two rather large tattoos, one one my left bicep and one on my left calf. If I could find a more economical way to aquire more I’d look a bit like a member of Motley Crue or some such, but as it stands I have no idea when my next one will show up, only that there will be a next one.
Both lobes pierced (professionally when I was 10, let them grow in, then repierced myself when I was 19).
Had an eyebrow ring, never healed, let it grow in.
Had a nipple curved barbell, never healed, let it grow in.
Have a ring in my left ear cartilege, it’s healing, still… after 18 months… sigh. I’m not gonna take this one out, damn it.
I’ve got a small tattoo on my ankle from a drawing I did in college. I’ve got plans for one more small tattoo and a larger backpiece, someday.
