Your "dream" car?

My dream car is now the Porsche Boxster S.
The wife saw hers on tv this weekend, the
Chevy Avalanche.
See it here: http://www.conceptcarz.com/

I pity the fool that brings a knife to a gun fight.

I’m actually planning on getting a Honda CBR soon, for the summer. I’ll have to get an older one, but that will still kick ass.

I may just do something totally nuts (since the payments will keep me in the poorhouse) and get a 2000 CBR929RR,
ooooohhhhhhh, stare in breathless awe at the most beautiful machine on the planet:

“Winners never quit and quitters never win, but those who never win and never quit are idiots.”

okay, I meant:

Well, I think I settled on a new car, to replace the one I crashed…a new Saturn SC1, the model that has the little third door on the driver’s side.

You know you are a vet tech when: Your pets eat premium food, but you have to eat Ramen noodles.

I want a '56 88 Olds Rocket, black, chrome plated chrome. On the dashboard I want a big red button, and when I press it it’ll play the Rocket 88 song:

You girls have heard of jalopies
You know the noise they make
Well let me introduce
My new Rocket 88
Baby, we’ll ride in style
Cruisin’ all along.

My BABY!!!

Too bad I live in CA, I’d be in DC in a minute! I think I have a pretty good chance of finding a rebuilt one here though.

Thank’s for the smile!

those are tough rules. Since I have to make it somewhat realistic, I have two dream cars:

  1. a '71 Dodge Challenger R/T 440
  2. a VERY USED Ferrari 308 GTS.

#2 is probably way beyond my means even if it’s used. So I’m shopping for the Challenger. Since we’re being realistic, I’ll probably have to settle for a 383. But I’m sure that I’ll survive with that.

Maybe I’m silly, but this is my idea of a dream car.

Eww, Shadow. Lambo’s are so tacky. Now here’s a true sportscar:

CF, I actually was going to post a picture of a Ferrari Testarossa, but I found the Lamborghini on the same page and I simply couldn’t resist. Actually, I prefer the Lamborghini that was featured in the movie “Cannonball Run” over the 1999 that was pictured on that site, but I couldn’t find a picture of the older model.

One that would never break down.

My dreams are simple yet unattainable.

Johnny, that made me think of a fun car I drove for a couple of years: 1955 Buick Special. It was a 4-holer, restored, big shiny black car with a straight eight, weird a/c and the marshmallow suspension that would keep a freeway pothole on your mind for another three miles. It was always a hit and my friends said it was easy to spot in traffic because it was so BIG (these were pre-SUV days). Very rock’n’roll.

My dream car is a Black Jag with a Silver Flame on each side, and a lime green padded leather interior.

Questioner of all things human, Lystra.

Well, Saturn took too long to get my car shipped in (the model I wanted was not on the lot), so today I picked up a fully loaded Honda Civic EX. The Civic was 400 less than the Saturn, and the Saturn was a basic model. I’m pleased with my decision. Pray for me that nothing EVER happens to this car.

You know you are a vet nurse when: it’s 4 AM and you are out of creamer for your coffee, so you use kitten milk replacer instead.

You really shouldn’t have any problems with a Honda/Acura or a Toyota/Lexus. If you bought a brand new Honda recently, you should expect to drive it for the next 20 years with only regular maintainence.
Assuming you maintain it well and regularly.

Sticking feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken.

Dream car. . .

I just bought mine at the beginning of the year. She’s a beautiful, brand new BMW 323i. I’ve felt high since I drove her off the lot and I’m posting here just to gloat.
