Some great options. Downfall is my top pick - an amazing portrayal of Hitler’s last days and the fall of Berlin. I wish more people knew of it other than for the (admittedly very funny) subtitled Hitler-rant scene.

Tell me about it! I’ve seen no telling how many ripoffs of it in one context or another – mostly football related. Funny but getting trite!

It won’t bother me if anybody wants to link to some YouTube clip that is more egregious than Hitler finds out about the Downfall Parodies :slight_smile:

I flirted with We Were Soldiers. It’s got one of my favorite NCO characters in a movie (Sam Elliot underplaying the real CSM Plumley). It’s got the positive feeling by being based on an amazing book by Moore/Galloway. It just misses though IMO.

Besides I needed to be the only voter for 9th Company. :stuck_out_tongue:
