“Venti mocha frap light 2% no whip one shot blended”
I am, for whatever reason, a fiend for my iced americano. Decaf usually, these days.
I’m not a real coffee fan. Can’t drink “regular” coffee even with cream, sugar, etc.
I only do cafe mochas.
At work, it’s a travel mug sized portion of the free coffee, black, and mix in a packet of Nestle hot chocolate mix. I call it my “broke ass mocha.”
Yeah.
I vote with Enright3 and Kilvert’s Pagan.
Black.
Strong.
Scalding hot.
Lukewarm coffee is revolting. Iced coffee is a sacrilege.

Triple white mocha at 145 degrees. I don’t care to either burn my sensitive tongue or wait 30 minutes+ to drink my coffee. I want it now.
I brewed myself a nearly-divine double ristretto at home this AM! Thank you, my sweet Silvia!!
Depends. When I’m at home, I have a Green Mountain French Vanilla K-Cup from my Keurig, with skim milk and two sugars.
When I’m out and about, I usually go for a skim vanilla latte, though around this time of year, I’ll occasionally mix things up and get a gingerbread latte instead.
Ok, I’m on board with this also.
However, sometimes I like cream. Heavy cream. And hot so it doesn’t cool the coffee. Nothing worse than getting a coffee at a shop where they keep the cream cold.
What is whip? Whipped cream or a way of blending the drink?
YES! But given this very obviously true fact, why is it that coffee ice cream is so good? It makes no sense.
(Bolding mine) I read this as “risotto” the first time and got very confused. Then I had to Google “ristretto” to learn what it meant. I learned something today! It sounds very good, btw.
Coffee. Trader Joe’s Breakfast Blend, freshly ground, with cream and sugar. (Can do without the sugar in a pinch, but the cream is essential. :))
I can’t do without sugar (or more often, Splenda–not for the calories, but because it dissolves much faster in liquid so you don’t get an unsweetened drink with a super sweet sludge at the bottom). I can do without the cream if I have to, but I can NOT drink unsweetened coffee. Or tea.
I like my coffee the way I like my women: strong and rich.
In other words, I’m with Enright and company.
