Cannoli. With the ends dipped in mini chocolate chips. Real cannoli. Crispy shell, pastry cream. Dear god I want one. I haven’t had one in five years.
My gf makes awesome Creme brulee, down to the little torch she hits the tops with, but I would pick fruit as my favorite. Fruit salad, especially.
Spumoni. Rich, thick, premium-laden spumoni. Although Madame Pepperwinkle makes a wonderfully tempting French Silk Pie.

Pie; most any variety. Lemon Meringue, Banana Cream, Cherry, Pecan would be the top 4.
I like the American standard - pie. Apple’s good, but I’m not against cherry or other fruit pies. No fancy crusts, no crazy creme conconctions topped with meringue.

Creme brulee.
But there was one I used to get years ago. The restaurant is still around, but I don’t know if they still serve this. It’s a lump of coconut or vanilla ice cream in the middle of the plate. A quartered banana is wrapped in some kind of won ton wrappers and deep fried, then placed radially around the ice cream. Exotic fruits are finely chopped up and sprinkled on top, then the whole thing is drizzled with hot fudge.
Mouthgasm.
It’s a tossup between pecan pie and kanafeh.

It’s too hard to pick just one. I really love cannolis though, and so rarely get to eat them.

Tart lemony desserts are my favorite, but once a year I crave a piece of really good homemade coconut cream pie from my favorite restaurant in the Amana Colonies. Fortunately I had one back in September so I should be good for a few more months.
Default is ice cream. But my heart yearns for good pecan pie, or mince during the holidays.
