That seems needlessly harsh. It’s comedy, slapstick, like the Three Stooges.

That’s right. Not only did I loathe the notion of the band members being attacked, I know that wolves, contrary to popular belief, are not the belligerent attackers they have been made out to be. :mad:
Western Saloon. Guy come in and shouts, “Big Jim’s comin’!”. Terrified patrons clear the place, leaving bartender alone. Big badass guy with red beard comes in. Bartender serves him a Schmidt “big mouth” beer which he drinks down. Bartender offers him another, saying “It’s on the house”. Guy replies , "What? You kiddin? Big Jim’s Comin’!
Honorable Mention: Couple having breakfast. Sleepy upstairs neighbor knocks and borrows a bar of Coast soap. We begin to hear whoops of delight coming from the upstairs shower. My friend and I start nudging each other, “What’s he doing with that soap, eh?”. Hubby looks out the window upwards and a blob of white goo lands on his forehead. We absolutely explode with laughter. And I never saw that commercial again.

That story was used on the Jackie Gleason Show in the early Sixties, and was even in an issue of Cracked Magazine.

I love how the girl says, “It’s the look on their faces that makes it all worthwhile”. She really nails that line.
I get a kick out of Boogerman, LOL.
The Geico ad with the raccoons in the garbage - one saying to the other “Taste this. It tastes like mango chutney and burnt hair.” My husband and I giggle over that one every time. It’s become his go-to phrase for any food he doesn’t like. Dunno why we find it so funny, but we do.
I just saw the Geico ad - a figure skating Sumo wrestler! Big huge guy scantily dressed on skates in an arena, the hushed commentary: ‘and there it is, his signature move - the baby bird!’ and the crowd goes wild!
Wow… I just noticed the date and realized someone spent Christmas Eve reveling in a chimp beating someone to death.
Though, ok, I laughed, too.
My vote must be funny. It’s even titled “Funniest Commercial Ever”
I love the ad where the little kid is rushing into the bathroom and can’t get his belt undone. “Mom, we have a situation!”
