I loved it when he said that people who don’t necessarily believe that we can make Iraq be free, believe so because (paraphrasing) “maybe they think that if you’re Muslim, or if you have brown skin, you don’t deserve to be free.” Oh yes, I’m sure that is EXACTLY why people have problems with us trying to force freedom on another country. :rolleyes:

He used the word “suiciders” a couple of times.
10/29/03: “It is dangerous in Iraq because there are some who believe that we are soft, that the will of the United States can be shaken by suiciders.” That is the same speach where he said that a question regarding whether or not the number of troops in Iraq would be higher or lower a year later than that date was “A trick question” and refused to answer.
He also said in 2002 that “These people don’t have tanks. They don’t have ships. They hide in caves. They send suiciders out.”
