My iPod doesn’t change the play count on my itunes. I don’t even think my iPod keeps track of play count (It’s over four years old. Back before the days of touching, color, click wheels, etc) It would be cool if it did though.
The accuracy of Musicmatch’s counting leaves a lot to be desired, but…

Great song. But not my favorite Zero 7 song (which is one reason why my iTunes count seems wrong), that would be Distractions (which was even better listening to it live at the Hollywood Bowl last year).
