Don’t eat actual Jell-O, because it isn’t kosher (or vegetarian), but eat a faux-gelatin thing my aunt makes with pectin, and flavors with juice-concentrate or drink mix powder. I like genuine apricot best, and, of course, it’s the hardest to find.
