My friend Joel has his own YouTube channel where he and his family members try different foods from around the world. He invited me to one session where we tried a tofu. I don’t remember what it was called, but it was kept in a sealed foil pouch. When it was opened, it smelled like sweaty ball sacks, very obnoxious and wouldn’t dissipate. Despite the odor, I thought it was yummy and asked for seconds. It had a good balance of spicy kick and bean curd. Joel likes spicy food, but otherwise hated it.
