My wife.
Does “puling” come from George R.R. Martin’s Tuf Voyaging? He uses it as a distant-future adjectival slang word roughly equivalent to “fucking.”
MF kiss you ever had?

I took it to be a portmanteau of “puny” and “mewling.” But apparently it really is a word. It’s one of those “you had to be there” moments.
Favorite Kiss: From a tattooed stripper with nipple rings in a strip joint called The Keg.
Favorite mountain
Mount McKinley, which loomed out of the sky and stood there in crystal clear skies on final approach to Anchorage. Amazing.
Favorite (tallest…?) mountain you’ve ever climbed
Mount Royal, in downtown Montreal. In the 60s, some McGill University students discovered that, although it qualified as a mountain, nobody had ever claimed to have climbed it in the annals of mountaineering. So they strolled up the paved road to the parking lot on top one Sunday, unfurled a flag, and claimed the mountain.
Ninjaed. Highest Ive climbed would be the one outside Busteni, Romania, which I think is over 5,000 feet ascent from the railway station, and can easily be done both ways in a day.
Favorite fictional dog.
TLE: Caraman Peak, Romania, 1360 meters above railway sgtation.
Toto
Favorite fictional sport.
Rollerball!
MF dystopic sf movie?
Metropolis
MF place to eat breakfast, besides your home.
Yours Truly, a not-so-greasy greasy spoon not far from where we live. Great blueberry pancakes and waffles.
MF place to eat lunch, other than at home?
India Palace
MF place to eat when you have next to no money.
Taco Bell
Favorite thing/trait you inherited from your parents
My longevity. [Birth mother is 78, still runs several times a week. Her mom and mom’s mom both lived to be 99, and my 49 year old sister won a bikini contest last year] Can work out like a madman for 2-3 hours a week, no ill effects (top heart rate the envy of a man 20 years my junior), look 15 years younger than I am.
Fave gift from your parents
A really cool starship model with lights and sound effects when I was a kid.
MF place to eat dinner, other than at home?
A place in Glendale called Mori’s. It’s just like benihana, but way tastier.
Favorite cut of steak
Cut pieces in borscht, the only dish in whichI like beef.
Favorite female celebrity with a man’s name.
George Eliot, if she counts-- it does seem that some people who knew her called her “George,” and not “Mary Ann.” However, if she doesn’t count, then I’ll go with Gene Tierney. It seems her given name was in fact, “Gene,” not “Eugenia,” or anything-- she was named after an uncle.
Favorite female author
My mother…though mostly cause she’s, you know, my mom, rather than a fantastic author (though she is that too)
Favorite robot, fictional or otherwise
Robbie, because he made such a good foil for the always bellicose Dr. Smith.
favorite card game
Contract bridge. It’s been a few years, but I had a lot of fun playing it.
Favorite board game?
I had lot of fun playing Battletech back in the day, though I doubt I could ever get back into it.
Favorite video game from the 80’s
