My friend is DJ’ing a New Year’s party this year. It’s at a bar where most of the Jukebox music being played is modern rock. He’s not into that kind of music, so he asked me for a Top 30 of 2007 song list. Here’s what I came up with…feel free to post yours: (I limited it to 1 song per artist)

It occurs to me that I didn’t download a lot of music from 2007. I don’t think I have 30 Modern (or what we used to call “Alternative”) rock songs that aren’t already in your list.

I guess I’ll add the following:

I’d go with “Dig” for Incubus over “Anna Molly.” And a little googling lists “Anna Molly” as a 2006 release anyway.

As for a full top 30 list, that might take a while but it would have a lot of overlap with your list.

I figured some of these might have release dates prior to 2007. But, I think these songs were most popular in 2007, just based on memory.
