I stumbled across this on the I Can Haz Cheezburger site, and thought it was clearly a case of mistranslation, or something.
Nope. It’s a for-real movie.
Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead (ゾンビアス Zonbiasu?) is a 2011 Japanese comedy horror film directed by Noboru Iguchi, which had its world premiere at the Austin, Texas Fantastic Fest film festival in September 2011.[1][2][3][4][5] It was released theatrically in Japan in February 2012.[
Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead (ゾンビアス, Zonbiasu) is a 2011 Japanese comedy horror film directed by Noboru Iguchi and written by Iguchi, Ao Murata and Jun Tsugita from a story by Tadayoshi Kubo. Starring Arisa Nakamura, Asana Mamoru and Mayu Sugano, the plot follows a pretty young karate student (Nakamura) who, following her younger sister's suicide, goes on a camping trip with friends. Their fun is quickly interrupted by the arrival of feces covered zombies.

The poster hints at not only zombies, but tentacle porn. I’ve seen some weird Zombie + nudity Japanese films (like Big Tits Zombie – Big Tits Zombie - Wikipedia ), but this looks like it severely amps up the gore and the disgusting factors. Here’s the synopsis from IMDb:
Wracked with guilt over the suicide of her bullied sister, young karate student Megumi accompanies four older friends on a trip into the woods: smart girl Aya, her druggie boyfriend Také, full-figured model Maki, and nerdy Naoi. Things start to go badly when Maki finds a parasitical worm inside a fish - and wolfs it down, in the hope that it will keep her skinny. Soon after, they are attacked by a crowd of poop-covered undead who emerge from an outhouse toilet. The group seeks refuge in the home of the strange Dr. Tanaka, who conducts experiments on the zombies and the parasites … and who has another fate in mind for the five strangers. Can Megumi’s karate help them escape, or will she have to rely on the liberating power of flatulence to defeat her demented captor?
Oh, good – ingested parasites (must be responsible for that “tentacle” on the poster), zombies covered with poop, and flatulence. Here’s the IMDb user comment:
If you have watched Tokyo Gore Police and Machine Girl this is similar in its extreme. There’s blood like those other two films, but this one is far more gross. As the title suggests, there are special effects that are pretty graphic. I don’t recommend you eat before this film if you have a weak stomach. There are a few good fight scenes but they do not redeem the film enough. Of course, its not supposed to be real, but it borders on being disgusting. I give credit to the Japanese for being inventive enough to go to these kind of extremes, but this film is a bit too much to handle. I think teens, early 20’s people who like zombie films that are out there may find this worth watching but it is not for mass appeal.

The trailer and, apparently, the entire movie are on YouTube, but I’m not going to link to them – you can look them up yourself.

Looks like someone watched Stephen King’s Dreamcatcher and cranked it up past 11.
Lord Help Us, it’s been reviewed by Variety :
They didn’t like it
I changed my mind about the trailer – here it is. It’s almost Safe For Work (unless your employers speak Japanese). Danger! Danger!

Thus my comment at the end of the OP:
I’ve seen it - it’s on Netflix. It’s exactly as good as you expect it to be.
And the Orson Welles thing is still cracking me up.

I doubt that anything the Japanese make could surprise me, not after I saw this video.
Warning, not porn, but not really safe for work

I’m reminded of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog’s quip at the Rob Reiner roast:
Rob is a fat director with a beard- sort of like Orson Welles, but without all that “genius” baggage.***
