I’m trying to think of how to respond to that.
Islamists and muslims are not the same thing. Islamists are radical muslims who support violence to spread their ideology on others. Luckily many of them are at war with each other, and not unified against the west as they are shown in the media here in the west. Islamists who actually engage in violence are obviously a minority (those who sympathize with them are a larger minority).
As a comparison, Bill Maher once did a bit talking about how in the US everything has to make a profit. Some things shouldn’t be run with the goal of making money. Things like health care or the evening news or the military should be run for the public good, not to make a profit. Some people find the demand that everything make a profit degrading. I guess that is a metaphor. Not everything has to make a profit, and not every woman has to be fuckable.

Seriously. Wtf? He said “[require] women to dress a certain way.” No mention of burqas whatsoever. It ALSO doesn’t state that there is one universal “certain way” Islamists require women to dress. Islamist Group A can require women to dress following blahblahblah rules, Islamist Group B requires women to follow yaddayaddayadda rules, and so on. Each group is requiring women to dress “a certain way,” but the requirements can differ.
People from the Caucasus Mountains have always been famous for being exceptionally good-looking.
