Yes and...only under very, very, very extreme or unusual circumstances. My friend used to fake it because his girlfriend was hellbent on getting pregnant and he did not want a kid (she's due in June )

It is not impossible. I haven't, and frankly have no desire to, but it's not unheard-of (as already stated).

FWIW, I was thinking another Britdoper had a story about a long line somewhere (maybe a banque)
