10-6 Justice League: BEST Joker episode EVER

I thought I recognized the voice of Ten! I didn’t even occur to me to listen more closely to the voices of the rest of the Gang, though.

No, I’m pretty sure he didn’t.
Sinestro broke through some of Kyle’s constructs, but Kyle also trashed some of Sinestro’s. They’re pretty consistant in the cartoon series’ (Kyle was even at Superman’s funeral, and mentioned in the Destro epsiode).

As for Superman. Eh. It’s always been unclear as to how much punisment the big guy can take in the cartoon. Personally, I just think he’s prone to overreacting to minor hits.

I agree that this was a great episode, but one question kept nagging at me. Namely, where were Diana and J’onn? J’onn in particular could have been quite useful in locating and dismantling bombs.

Rule of Super Comic books #23

Any hero who’s powers or abilities would be overwhelmingly devastating to the villains faced will conveniently be absent during a battle with such an adversary.

Worst example: X-men massacre of the Morlocks. The 1/2 Marauders almost all wore metal armor, yet Magneto was told to stay home and watch the kids.

Also, for some reason most Justice League episodes only feature 5 of the 7 members. This is definitely not an absolute rule: some episodes have all 7, occasionally there’s 6, and one episode had only 3. But 5 is for some reason the most common number.

I think 5 is the most manageable number. If there are to many, each individual gets neglected and you get the superfriends problem ie everyone is interchangeable. Two few and the team aspect gets lost a bit (though its good to foucus on just a few Members from time to time)

Oh and DAMN they did a good job on HawkGirls face. I was starting to wonder if that was a mask

Who do I have to f— to get the Doom Patrol to guest star?

In the episode with the alternate universe I think Justice Lord Hawkgirl was wearing a slightly different mask. I’m pretty sure her wings were different. But, yeah. She’s hot.

Leaper, I think you all right. Especially since

in the episode with Solomon Grundy and the evil god she introduced herself by her married name, Shiera [sic] Hol.

This is getting good.
