13 inches of snow. Fuck snow.

Barely shovelable, but it was enough that the sidewalks and front steps had to be cleared. We’ve still got some on the ground, too.

Damn snow.

Grr. I don’t have 4WD but I was ahead of the game and brought my tires to be changed a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I brought the wrong set so I’m still on my all-seasons. Luckily the snow turned to rain here too.

We’ve had snow in the Uk but here in Cheshire we aint had so much as a single snowflake.

I demand some snow, NOW!

Good grief !!!

Seventy degrees yesterday with tornado watch, now tonight they’re calling for one to two inches of SNOW!

:thud:

I’d sell you our snow futures if I thought I could actually transfer them overseas…

Lucky Bastard!

I missed work yesterday for the first time in 31 years of working because of the flipping roads. I left home at 7:30 to attempt the trip to Madison, turned around and went back home. A plow didn’t go past our house for the first time until 4:20 p.m. Oh, how I hate winter. Apparently this year is trying to beat our all-time record snowfall that we set last year of 101.4 inches. Grrrr:mad:

Dayum, it’s snowing here too. Can someone please send some snow removal trucks to… ummm… effing Houston?

It was fucking 68 degrees here today! grrrr…I WISH it would snow. This doesn’t feel like Xmas time to me at all because I’m from the north. North Carolina weather depresses me because its too freaking warm.

Wait…did the Cubs win the World Series?

Close enough… Philly did.

It’s snowing in TBay! Wheeeee!

Why, so you can pretend you live in a snow globe?

At least somebody likes it.

Scratch that…a nor’easter’s coming. Time to crawl and be ready to pull over to let SUVs by.
4 TO 9 INCHES OF SNOW AND SLEET ARE EXPECTED IN THE WARNING AREA ALONG WITH SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

IN ADDITION A PROLONGED PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN IS ALSO EXPECTED TONIGHT… ESPECIALLY EAST OF THE GREEN MOUNTAINS WHERE SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF GREATER THAN ONE HALF INCH ARE POSSIBLE. THIS WILL LIKELY LEAD TO DOWNED TREE LIMBS AND NUMEROUS POWER OUTAGES ACROSS THESE AREAS.

Pickle Lake lost their power for 11 hours. The temp was -40. Looks like winter is arriving.

-40? So TBay isn’t Tampa Bay… Thunder Bay maybe?
Pickle Lake, any lake…

Apparently, that necessitates an even colder day still.

Yup. Just take Highway 61 north from New Orleans. TBay is where it ends.

Just be careful not to drive off TDock when you get there.
