Good News! Mrs. Cups needs to go to the post office for another reason, so she’s dropping off my package. It’s heading aaaalllll the way across the country, so maybe a week or so?
Glad I’m not the only one checking in to say that I’m running a little late! I have my glass and maybe another glass, I need to round up more goodies too. I’ll have mine in the mail Friday at the latest. Sorry, receipient!! I’ll try to make it worth the wait.
Just got back from the post office to find out what happened, and what happened was that the package I sent got all the way to the destination post office…where the automatic reader mistook the return addy as the destination addy and sent it all the way back here. My post office sent it back out with a note that was filled with happy faces and hearts(I assume). It is on the way, again!
edited to add: It is a good thing I had second thoughts about including a kitten in the shipment.
So, I sent my parcel yesterday, but it’s got to cross the pond so it’ll be a few days.
However, a package arrived here from @silenus! It not only has a shotglass from Pea Soup Andersens (and a nice explanation of where that is!) and a mini bottle of Tequila, but it also has a bunch of Pop Culture ‘swag’, including some Star Trek figures, a Terminator Skull and an Infinity Wars oven glove! There’s also a token for a free drink at a bar in Las Vegas, which I shall keep on the off-chance I ever go to Las Vegas.

Kewl! I was hoping the tequila would make it through. If you ever make it to the Crown & Anchor, those drink chips are good forever. Glad you liked it and that it got there quickly.
According to USPS tracking the package I sent was finally delivered. I think next time I’ll just use something faster…like sticking it in a waterproof container and tossing it into the ocean.
It got here! Got here yesterday actually, but I waited until today to open it.
Awesome package, a set of 6 ‘mug shots’…glasses with mugshots on them (haha get it? 
), a sampler of tequila (anejo, resposado, and blanco) that I have never tried before (wife is looking forward to that…), and what looks to be a wonderful book on spirits and mixology. Thank you! Definitely the thing to brighten up my day.
And my dear recipient, yours went out today with FedEx to be delivered Wednesday. I hope the wait is worth it for a box full-o-KC goodness!

I got a package from Sicks Ate today - and man, I got a haul!
Almost all Kansas City related items - can hardly wait to try the barbecue sauce (I have some barbecue in the fridge right now to try it on, as a matter of fact), and the pils is going to get consumed tonight when I watch my first hockey game in months. The Midnight Espresso liqueur looks intriguing too (that’s the little bottle on the left in the photo that’s not really in focus). There’s also a Kansas City shot glass that didn’t make it in the photo because I forgot to put it in there (d’oh!).

I got a package from @Sir_T-Cups a couple days ago but I’ve been too busy to open it until today. I got some great swag, all from theme parks in Florida: Sea World, Disney World, and Universal Orlando. Complete with Mickey Mouse shot glass! Thanks!
My package was sent today to Doug and Bob’s homeland, and hopefully it won’t take too long to get there.
Mine will go out tomorrow, promise! I know I drug my feet, but I’m making up for it by loading it up with some Memphis goodness.
Mine seems to be touring San Francisco since the 24th. I hope it’s enjoying the Painted Ladies and eventually makes its way to the final destination. Sometimes tracking sucks.
Got a package in the mail today from Plymouth, Devon, UK!! Cool! Never got anything from across the pond!
There are two souvenir London shot glasses, some small stuffed figure keychains that appear to be from the London Olympics, and three candy sticks that are flavored “Gin and Tonic,” “Vodka and Orange,” and “Beer!”
No note as to who they’re from, but I’m guessing Teuton?
