Last item arrived, mailing out tomorrow.
My package hit the mails about an hour ago, off on its journey to the UK. Ought to be there in a couple of weeks, if the world doesn’t end before then.
Should have mine out this weekend unless more chaos occurs.
Package sent to Kansas today! USPS says it should be delivered by 7/14.
Will do my best to get mine sent out tomorrow. Had to pick up some accoutrements and whatnot.
I wrote “Czarcasmgram” on the side of the box I sent out Tuesday.
I just got a package in the mail! Yay! My usual instinct is to rip and tear, but this time I’m going to wait until Saturday.
See, I haven’t sent to my person yet, and will be doing so on Saturday. My punishment for waiting is to wait to see what I got.
I will say the package came from Tennessee, so that the sender will have assurance that it’s here. And when I open it, with the usual ripping and tearing, I will post again and do a proper thank you to the sender.
Cool! The postal lady said it should arrive in Kanas by the 14th. Glad it made it on time!
So chaos occurred. We adopted two cats and I didn’t get a chance to go shopping. I’m hoping to have my package together this weekend.
My package should have arrived by Tuesday, so now I am beginning to worry.
I mailed a package about an hour ago, so it should be on it’s way to Illinois.
So now I’ll give myself leave to open the package I got Tuesday, and see what I got. Okay, it’s from Labdad. Oh wow, they are really into Piggly Wiggly! I got a Piggly Wiggly shot glass. It surprises me as I don’t expect grocery chains to market shotglasses. To go with it there’s a bright red PW coozie! And last but not least, a PW t-shirt. I kind of collect interesting t-shirts as well, so that will fit right in.

Glad you liked it! I’d never seen a shot glass for a grocery store, either. Then last month, while in the check out line at the Monteagle, TN Piggly Wiggly (the only grocery store on the mountain top where I live), I saw them right above the candy and gum. Needing a shot glass for the exchange, I grabbed it and some other Pig merch hoping it would go somewhere that doesn’t have a Piggly Wiggly. I wanted to send some Goo Goo Clusters along in the package, but the lady at the Pig said they haven’t been able to get them since the Covid madness started.
If Goo Goo clusters are candy, they may have melted. It’s darned hot here in Kansas. That’s why the package I sent had no chocolate. There’s a really fantastic chocolate shop here, but stuff would probably not survive the journey. They did once have a t-shirt that would have made a great gift, but those are sold out. I did buy one for an exchange here, I remember it went to Australia. SAVE THE EARTH, IT’S THE ONLY PLANET WITH CHOCOLATE
Oh my, those sound really good. Maybe when it gets cool in the fall I will order some.

Anyone have experience mailing little airline bottles of booze? How much trouble will this get you in if your caught?
I have ran into some issues that have caused delay, however I will be putting my package together this week. I’ll update as events warrant.
I am putting my box together today for shipping tomorrow - I’ll update when it actually ships, but it’s crossing the pond so it may take a while.
As usual, I’m running a bit late, but I have all the goodies in the box and printed my note today. Should be in the mail this weekend come hell or high water!
