This piece of societal excrement is facing 20 years for impregnating an 8 year-old. As Father of a little girl, my mind conjures images befitting the Middle Ages in dealing with this filthy excuse for humanity.
What a piece of shit.
Not to worry, though. I’m sure he’ll be raped and beaten many, many times while in prison. From what I understand, they tend to not like child molesters in there.
Now, now. One needs to keep prison space available for non-violent drug offenders you know.
What a piece of garbage.
Hooray! Let’s rejoice in more crimes against humanity! Jesus CHRIST. When are people going to stop wishing rape on others? WHEN WILL WE REALIZE HOW FUCKING BARBARIC WE SOUND?
In exchange for suffering we demand more suffering!
How the hell do you impregnate an 8-year-old, anyway?
I’m guessing the old fashioned way (sperm meets egg, etc…).
Girls can develop earlier then expected these days.
My paternal grandmother being mensturating when she was 8.
ja ja! She being menstruating!
While I agree with jarbabyj, I just thought I should mention that what you say ain’t necessarily so. In most prisons today sex offenders are a protected class that do not get placed within the general prison population. A lot of prison have sex offender sections that are completely separate, sometimes even in separate buildings.
While I agree that wishing sex offenders will get raped in prison is barbaric, I am outraged that they are given special status/protection like this.
I burning your Tampax.
GAH!
I threw my back out and I’m taking some rather impressive pain killers.
I knew that post didn’t look quite right…
BEGAN!!
How many years would be appropriate, in your opinion, danceswithcats?
Twenty years is about one third of a person’s life. Isn’t that more than enough?
From your query Dog80, I doubt that you’re a Father. In the course of my life, I’ve seen few things equal the primal rage aroused in a parent when their child has been hurt by another. I too was obtuse to these feelings until becoming a Dad.
What punishment is proper? I thought of 20 days. 20 Dads. Anything short of ending the life of the guilty party is fair game. Each day would seem like a year. I’m certain that there would be no shortage of volunteers to assist with the administration of the sentence.

Our children are our future. Destroy one of these innocents, and your privileges are forfeit, IMHO.
‘Disturbing’ is the only word I can think of.
I think my father would have an interesting approach to that. Since this guy would presumably be waiting to be bludgeoned with whatever. So after my father got done telling this individual about his father, this individual would spend the rest of the day sitting … and waiting. And any time he started to relax my father would just flex his arms a bit, or start to get up … something to put this guy on edge.
20 hours of waiting for what would seem like the inevitable. 20 hours of this individual not knowing when physical punishment would come, what form it would take, how long it’d last…
My father has little desire to hurt anyone. But if he wants to, he can make the opposite look the case. Benching 500+ lbs helps with that, I’m told.
I can think of a ton more. Most of them not for proper company.
Some people on this board have advocated the repeal of age of consent laws. I hope they read and think about this case.
More than enough? Are you kidding?
This man has shaped this child’s entire life. He has put her at severe risk. She could have lost her life during the abortion. How can she grow up normally? At the age of eight, she has more life experience than my 13 year old…more life experience than when I was 18. She will have to go through years of therapy to be able to have a chance to live normally. When other kids at her school find out, if they haven’t already, they will make her life even more miserable.
How is spending twenty years in jail “more than enough”? I can’t think of anything that would be “more than enough” where this guy is concerned.

Didn’t some middle-eastern fellow who is highly regarded in many places today once opine that if anyone caused one of the little ones to come to harm it would be better for that person if he had never been born?
Not that many years ago, the definition of a virgin was a girl who could run faster than her father.
Disgustingly true…
