I’m going to predict that Kathy Barnette is going to claim that the election was rigged or unfair in some way. She’s nowhere near the percentage that recent polling indicated.
Oz currently ahead by less than 3000 votes with over 100,000 left to count. Could end up in recount territory, even if Barnette doesn’t kick up a fuss.
Cawthorn lost? I bet he did Nazi that coming.
Surprised the crazy bigot lady in PA did so poorly. For the past several days she seemed to be surging. Still pretty close for the other two and may take days to sort out.
Early, unconfirmed reports that Fetterman won all 67 PA counties.
And yet she didn’t do as well as her polling suggested she would.
Trump, meanwhile, is already raging at the need to wait for the postal votes to be counted because his endorsed candidate didn’t win bigly.
Is there a breakdown of all the candidates Trump endorsed and how they’ve done?
Wait. He doesn’t want to stop the count?
And here we go.

Especially since you can find a roughly equivalent Mastriano soundbite for each of hers. And I’d say that coming from a colonel, rather than a corporal-equivalent, makes it is a bit worse.
Rank hath its privileges.
With about 2% of votes to be counted the PA race is narrowing - Oz is only about 1,300 votes ahead now. Automatic recount occurs at a 0.5% difference unless waived and we’re currently at around 0.1%, so this one could drag on and on, complete with regular Trumpian temper tantrums.
Should be fun, especially for Fetterman.
And now Pat McCrory is (very predictably) whining about being called a RINO by Budd during the campaign, and complaining that no one cares about policies or issues any more.
McCrory must have forgotten that he tried to catch the MAGAt train back in 2016 when he was still governor and got run over by it (HB2, anyone?). He could have won the governorship again if it hadn’t been for that.
I believe Beasley has a better chance of winning in November than one might think.
Not if she keeps squandering money on direct mail. She’s sent me at least six fundraising pitches despite my responding to the first one, postage paid, asking to be taken off her mailing list.
An interesting overview:
I see - so, now that the seditious scumbag might be looking like a “winner” again, the Orange Scumbag will turn around and say he’s nothing but the best, or something.
Meanwhile, down in Georgia:
Does anyone have any interest in a senate race prediction contest? Probably something formatted like…
Maybe one now, one in a couple months, and one right before election day. I figured this would be a good thread to ask in to gauge interest.
I’m interested in the contest but perhaps wait till the nominees are known.
I saw Herschel Walker give a brief interview today. I guess I’m not seeing what makes him appear senatorial in the eyes of the Georgia voters. Hopefully that gives the Dems a chance to hold the seat and the Senate.
Cheney is cooked.
