At his age? Probably.
When dad was in his 80s he had had to be admitted because of some serious side of affect of, I think, Crestor. While he was there - 3 or 4 days - his muscles lost enough tone that he spent about 4 weeks in rehab.
Assuming the Turtle is really awake, I’m sure, if he’s out of the hospital, he’s in rehab.
